How to get to Howth from Dublin

Getting to Howth from Dublin is easy. It involves either traveling on your own by car, or taking public transit. Opting to travel by public transportation is quick, budget friendly and easy. As a traveler looking to make more sustainable choices within my trips, I always try to take public transportation as my first option.

You can take the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) which is the commuter rail system. It is about a 30 minute ride for less than €7. The 31 or 31a bus will also get you to Howth in close to the same time for around the same price.
